What is wello?

wello is a caregiver companion that helps you manage a family member's health remotely — medications and reminders, lab reports explained in plain language, and a shared care circle so everyone caring for the same person stays in sync. It's informational, never a substitute for a doctor.

How do I sign in?

wello uses your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Enter your number, and we'll text you a code to sign in — no password to remember.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit, never sold, and never used for advertising. Only the caregivers you invite into a care circle can see that patient's records. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

Does wello give medical advice?

No. wello organises information and generates plain-language summaries of lab values, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

How do I add another caregiver?

Open the patient's care circle, tap Invite, and share the invite with the family member. Once they join, they can see and help manage that patient's records.

How do I delete my account?

In the app go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or email hello@welloapp.co. See our Delete account page for exactly what's removed and how long it takes.

Which devices does wello support?

wello is coming to iOS (iPhone) and Android. Join the waitlist on the home page and we'll send your download link the moment we launch.
